Colabli is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use Colabli.

1. Information We Collect

Account information such as your name, email address, and profile photo. Workspace content you provide, including your company profile, projects, tasks, uploaded files, prompts, and Copilot conversations. Billing information such as plan, subscription status, and purchase history. Usage and technical data such as token usage, device and browser details, and log data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and operate Colabli, generate Copilot responses using your workspace context, measure token usage and enforce plan limits, process payments, keep the service secure, provide support, and improve the product.

3. AI Processing

When you use Copilot, your prompts and the relevant workspace context are sent to trusted AI model providers to generate a response. Your content is processed only to deliver the service to you. We do not use your content to train public AI models, and we do not sell it.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on Colabli's servers. We receive limited billing information, such as your plan, payment status, and the last four digits of your card.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run Colabli, such as hosting, AI model, email, and payment providers, under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when required by law or as part of a business transfer.

6. Data Security

Your data is stored in a secured database, and each workspace's data is isolated so only its members can access it. Connections are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete content at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data. Some records, such as billing history, may be kept longer where required by law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.

10. Children's Privacy

Colabli is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
